Enabling frameworks and financing for the DHC decarbonisation

This webinar will present the policy and financing recommendations developed within four LIFE projects (SupportDHC, EnableDHC, HeatMineDH, and GreenHeatLife) to promote a supportive regulatory and investment framework for sustainable district heating and cooling (DHC), aligned with the EU’s short- and long-term objectives. The session will bring together EU policymakers, industry representatives, financial actors, and key stakeholders to discuss the recommendations, including measures to facilitate access to financing, mobilise investment, and support the uptake of project results. Participants will also explore how these recommendations can contribute to future regulatory and funding developments in the DHC sector and accelerate its decarbonization.
